Consultation Hours

• Morning : 9:00AM ~ 13:00PM
• Afternoon : 14:00PM ~ 17:00PM
• Saturdays : Use of Emergency facilities following introduction of 5-day workweek
• Emergency Room : 24 hours, including all holidays, for patients with emergencies or in labor

Consultation Reception

• Submit consultation application and health insurance card to Patient Affairs Department to receive instructions.
• For patients with reservations, go straight to the relevant department and wait for instructions. (Even if you have lost your reservation card, you will still be able to receive consultation at the appointed time.)
• A medical department may close early in certain circumstances. (The emergency room can be used 24 hours per day.)
• Patients over 15 years old are classified as adults. Those under 15 years old are classified as children.

Payment of consultation fees

• Once consultation is finished, visit the FL1, FL2 Patient Affairs Department or use the automated payment machines.
• After paying, patients may leave after receiving instruction on future consultation schedules, treatment or prescriptions.
